Tell me my eyes are not deceiving me. Took a one eyed look in the mirror today and what did I see...a one pack! One big pack admittedly but still the inner tube around my waist seems to be reconfiguring. I have not seen any sort of definition in that area for 30 years. Yea I have a one pack ,I have a one pack.....

Very good news, congrats! That's been my goal on 5:2, actually. I've decided that far too many years (decades??) have gone by where I haven't seen my abs. Not the jiggly belly that's there in my middle front section, but my real abs themselves. I'm impatient and wish I could lose more sooner, but want this WOE to be natural and not rushed. So, I figure if I steady the course, by summer's end I'll have my wish. Your "sighting" has made me believe I've got that to look forward to, as well!

Isn't it amazing what you discover. I think I've found some ribs and a couple of collar bones. There have also been some hip bone sightings but only when I'm lying flat on my back
