Well today is my first fast day, i chose to spread the calories out all day and tbh it hasn't been too bad...well i have the rest of the evening to get through yet. Just enjoying my cup of peppermint tea, it may be an early night for me

Well done! I have most of mine at dinner time, but whatever works for you is ok.
I think saving a bulk for dinner will help you sleep a little better...but when fasting if at all possible I have an artichoke for dinner and something in which to dip. They only have around 60 calories, are filling and have tons of fibre.
