Need a boost......
04 Jul 2013, 20:30
To my confidence......

I'm really happy with 5 2. I do still overeat on feast days so I've not lost loads of weight but I'm not that bothered. For me its about the health benefits and to be able to eat pretty much what I want and not keep putting on weight is great. I can cope with battling with each pound knowing that this WOL is good for my health and sustainable in the long term. In time I'm hoping the weight will come off but I'm not sweating about it because that to me is just like dieting which is then missing the point.

However I'm having a bit if a crisis about my wardrobe and I feel fat and frumpy in everything. Didn't use to bother me at all.....:-(

I think it was dhana who stated a thread like this, about needing a new wardrobe! It seemed a good idea was to use the services of a personal shopper in a department store (eg debenhams) as they will give you lots of ideas, and don't charge for the service! There is also no obligation to buy either.

Nothing like a new outfit to boost ones confidence. If not a personal shopper then a good friend, one that will be honest about how the clothes look.
