I'm so pleased for you. It is not a small thing to go from MO to O, I know I posted on your message but wanted to send you a private one as well. Well done you! You must feel fantastic and i'm looking forward to your post on getting to overweight. This time next year you'll be shopping in the high street. My DH is in the obese range and has been following this WOE and has started to go to the gym to get himself some guns and a six pack hahahaha lucky me! Anyway I digress WELL DONE :smile:
