I was so shocked when a few weeks back I had this feeling at a restaurant with a lovely fillet steak in front of me £17.50 thank you very much and I really couldn't finish it, I couldn't force down another bite, I was just full up but today with a fillet steak in front of me I had the whole lot and mopped up the pepper sauce with the chips. Really is swings and round about's, one minute you shock yourself and think "this is it, I'll never be able to finish a whole plate again woohoo" then you surprise yourself again " oh I can finish my plate and almost lick it, what is my belly up to" hahahahahaha
Me too, I couldn't finish my lunchtime salad but polished off a fish cake and chips tonight. Oh we'll I am still under TDEE.
Hi chippy I've just had that same feeling did feta salad for starter and a sort of Chinese beef + mushroom dish ( few noodles for me ) and I couldn't face it whether its because its fast day + shouldn't have noodles I don't know but had to leave some. Yet Indian buffet meal out this week and also fasted all day ( to keep calories down I got through 5 smallish courses!!! Amazing :like: love this woe :clover: Sue
