Long time no post :frown:

After being off programme for quite a while I decided to restart last week.

I managed to stick to 600 cals Mon, Wed, Fri  and plan to do at least 2 of those three days next week as well.

Hopefully this is the start of a long term commitment
Good to see you back! Wish you the best of luck. This WoE really works. Please keep us posted. :clover:
Well done for last week. Now you just have to keep going! Hopefully, your head is in the right place to keep you motivated. Onwards and downwards!
Welcome back @David Knight! Well done with last week's fasts. We are all here for you! :)
Hello,
I just had a sneaky look at your progress chart and I must say I'm really impressed that after so long without posting, you only put back on a tiny amount - that is brilliant!
Well done on your restart :)
Drat, I was hoping with the title it was going to be a sit down in a comfy chair with a mug of cocoa saying 'go on, tell me more', type of bad, bad boy story.
Sorry Julie

If it had been that sort of story you would have needed something stronger than a mug of cocoa!
I've got a strong constitution, cocoa would have been fine. Anyway alcohol and the meds I'm on would have me squiffed in no time at all.
