I' m on 5:2 for 4 weeks now and I really enjoy it! I've lost 3,6 kilos so far which is sooo great!
I fast on mondays and wednesdays. I noticed that I still feel very guilty on feed days. I' m scared to mess up the result of the fasts. I can see that it´s not true regarding the last past weeks...but still the feeling of guilt remains...
Have you felt that too? Did it change after a while?
