I so enjoyed my breakfast!
05 Feb 2013, 09:49
Yesterday was fast day. This morning I had b&b guests to look after, cooking them a delicious breakfast. Then I had my horses to look after and muck out on this snowy, windy day. I couldn't wait to come inside and choose my own breakfast. Muesli and prunes, home made wholemeal toast and home made marmalade, mmm!
Also did my weekly weigh in and have lost another 3lb How fab is it that we can enjoy these treats and still lose weight?
