General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

Since a few days I have ben fasting without trying. I mean it's not on purpose, it just happened. The days went by, I had plenty to do and I wasn't hungry until dinner time. So, I am on my 4th day in a row. I feel reat, full of energy and I am not hungry, I don't even feel pangs during the day.

I wonder if it can be a side effet of the diet. I am not worried, just concerned. I know that between the heat wave, the worries, the emothional storm (some of you know for reading about it in another post) my body has a lot to deal with but for the rest of the week my mission will be to eat 3 meals during the day. How ironic....

And, I know that a lot of you find skipping breakfast on feast days make them feel good but it's defenitly not for me...
Please take care, as it could become addictive!
Don't worry, it's all better now

I didn't know how it was addictive and yes it is... When I posted that message, I was really worried because I didn't know what to do I wasn't hungry at all and even worse, I couldn't eat.

Know I feel much better, don't worry, it was just a "phase" I suppose.
