General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

Hello, this is my first post. This is my third week and 5th fast. Finding it ok, definitely getting easier. Did help only getting up at 12 though! Not normally this lazy but 2 heavy days away with work with lots of eating and drinking. That's what i love about this, I really had a good time and enjoyed myself without guilt as can just rearrange my fasting days. Anyway hello and good luck to you all fasters

i'm a new member too and i must say that reading the posts from other members and seeing how supportive, helpful and friendly they are gives me hope that i can do this. first fast day today and finding it really hard to cope with hunger pangs. will empty fridge and cupboards tomorrow and possibly supermarket shelves too..
