Is this normal?
08 Feb 2013, 10:26
I completed my first fast yesterday, no problems with feeling wobbly or headachey and it wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be. The only thing I did do and was expecting to do was obsess about food all day.

This morning I got up expecting to be absolutely ravenous but wasn't, infact when I did finally eat I couldn't finish my breakfast (this is very unusual for me lol) :S

Is this normal?

Completely normal for me! In fact I don't normally fancy breakfast at all the day after my fast and usually last until lunchtime before I eat anything.

Apart from today...where someone brought donuts in for elevenses and I couldn't refuse!

My first fast day was the same I obessed about food all day!...I'm glad to say the second fast day was nothing like that, I kept myself busy and it just flew by...and I'm the same I never wake up hungry after my fast day, and tend to just miss out or have a late breakfast

I do find that I spend more time on this forum on fast days. Maybe it's just to keep myself occupied.
I have found that I don't wake up hungry but I will have my breakfast as usual - it's just fruit n fibre with some added strawberries. just a smaller portion than I usually have :)
