Guilt free eating out
10 Feb 2013, 08:30
We're going out for lunch today to a rather posh restaurant, where I know the cooking will be top notch.
On other diets, I know I would have stressed about this as, with beautiful food, come calories, followed by guilt and maybe more calories!

I've already planned my fast day tomorrow, so it's clear in my mind that I can eat (within reason!) and enjoy.

I'll let you know what I ate, just to make you all drool! (but it won't be vegetarian :D )

I was out for Chinese food with friends last night had everything including a Mimi coroneta ice
Cream, 2 gin and tonics, red wine and to top it all a home made hot cross bun with butter!
Am I worried? No.
I'm having my breakfast now of mint tea, and will fast all day.
It will be a third fast this week, but I'm fine with that, as I was able to really enjoy my night out last night.
That's the beauty of the WOE.....no guilt.
