When is the best time to weigh in?
Should it be done at the end of a fast?
Or does weight continue to drop off when on normal eating days?
I have my weigh in on a friday morning, after my fast day on thursday and that suits me, but it's a personal thing, everyone weighs on different days and different times, just find what works for you, don't think theres any set rules on it
Do it at the same time every week. Your weight will fluctuate during a day, let alone a week. You'll probably gain a little "weight" on a feast day simply because you've eaten something. You could weigh yourself right after eating one week, then at the end of a fast the next, but it wouldn't be a true average because the conditions weren't the same. :)
I find that it's best to do it after a fast day first thing in the morning as it will be purely your body weight, rather than your body weight plus whatever you had to eat.

Yep this is what I do. If I do 5:2 I fast Monday and Friday and weigh in Saturday morning. This week I am doing 4:3 so fasting Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will weigh in the same, first thing on Saturday morning. After a wee, with no clothes on and before I eat or drink anything (hey every ounce counts lol)
