Was really worried about today as I don't deal with hunger very well. Had porridge for breakfast with black coffee (had to have 1 sugar though) then just had ww meal for tea. Drank lots of water, felt really hungry at times but as people have said it comes and goes.
Still got to get through tonight but feel really positive and I am so looking forward to eating normally tomorrow!
