General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

Was really worried about today as I don't deal with hunger very well. Had porridge for breakfast with black coffee (had to have 1 sugar though) then just had ww meal for tea. Drank lots of water, felt really hungry at times but as people have said it comes and goes.

Still got to get through tonight but feel really positive and I am so looking forward to eating normally tomorrow!

I promise you it does get easier. I've just completed my 8th fast today and it has got easier.

You are doing the right thing - lots of water and if you are really on edge a stock cube, or bovil style drink can help with the hunger.
