What do you when you're at work, fast and it's lunch time? Do Colleagues ask why you are not eating?

I always take my lunch break so late that there's no-one in the staff rest room when I get there. I just have a fruit tea and a drool over the vending machine!

Lunch is a big deal with my team. We all sit down together everyday. So I split my calories and have. Boiled egg and 150 cal soup for lunch with everyone. Everyone knows what I am doing and on what days as I have told them. I would much rather sit with them and eat something small than hide away in my office and this works for me
