Well done 549may! :)

I'm fasting today too, but also working until 8pm so I won't get my dinner until much nearer 9! :(
Well done 549may
I have just had supper of a seafood gratin & spinach after my 5th fast & the start of my 3rd week. Isn't it good when trying something new such as 5:2 fasting does not prove to be as difficult as you were fearing? I find that not eating is easier because once I do eat I become hungry & I am pleased with myself because I resisted having a cream cake that a friend had bought for me. She was so curious about why I was fasting I think she is going to buy the Fast Diet Book & start doing it.
Good luck with the rest of your week.

Well done!

Its also been my first proper fast day today, and I've managed to do it as well, I'm so pleased. I had one meal at 6pm of soup, a crumpet, and a sugar free jelly, and I feel very full now!

Looking forward to pancake day tomorrow and another fast day on Wednesday.

Helen
Well done!!
I too have done my first fast day, and have just eaten my allowance at dinnertime........ Only thing I have found by doing this is the hunger pangs soon disappear after a while, but I have found that I have been going to the toilet more times than normal, I don't think I've drunk any more than I normally do??!! Anybody else find this??
Sorry if too graphic, by the way!!
Jo
