Hello everybody

I am feeling quite frustrated this evening. Whilst OH has his 5pm drinkies tonight and last night, he is also munching on potato crisps all of a sudden. I didn't mind it when he just had nuts because I can't eat those, but crisps - I am trying to avoid all that kind of rubbish.

The last few days he has purchased hot cross buns, lollies, chocolate, biscuits, and now these potato crisps and more nuts! Perhaps I am not feeding him properly - our meals are mainly BBQ steaks, salads, roasts with baked Vegies and I even did a Macaroni Bake last week (I didn't have any of it). I feel like am being tested!

Do you have this problem in your house? My weight is coming down, slowly, and I am doing so very well keeping away from wheat, sugar and all types of junk food and he is just not helping me at the moment!

I look forward to my fast day tomorrow - and he is back at work!

cheers
Maggie.
Have you spoken to him about it? Sometimes, weird things happen when someone is doing this (following a weight loss regimen) and it can unsettle people who are close to them so they can do things that make it look like they're trying to sabotage us. Other times, it's just thoughtless.
Just think I will have it tomorrow.
My family eat regular food which i have bought and prepared for them and sometimes it's hard but I have my version . What I mean is I have lion alco wine and beer. And get a small pot of nuts not a bag.,
I can't stop my family having chocolate and bread when I'm not so having my version really helps me.
