Just a handful havent updated us yet on the challenge.
I expect some not to come back as thats normal for something like that but if youve just forgotten.. post your results here

we are at week 3 of the 12 week challenge and already some good results have been achieved.

I will leave it for a week then send out a "call out" so people will get an email reminder

I'm just reporting in monthly. So my update will be on 1st November.
#106 reporting: 66.1kg! A 0.7 loss since last report

@rawkaren, monthly updates are fine. Some have signed up and given no update so maybe they will update Nov 1 like you so will send out personal message reminders, maybe Nov 5.

Thanks for the reminder, keep meaning but weight is all over the place so need to do a trend line, will update on Friday!
