I have managed to lose 7lb of my 13lb Xmas gain - hoorah!
@Madcatlady ok, you beat me! I only gained 9.5 at Christmas I lost 1.9 of it on my first week back to fasting, so I'm feeling pretty pleased with that result and having a celebratory glass of scotch whisky
Thanks for starting this @Brand-ie

Good thread @Brand-ie! I was at my heaviest, post-Christmas weight of 10 stone 13.4 pounds on Friday, 2nd January. At this mornings weigh in, after three full fasts and one half fast, I was 10 stone, 6.6 pounds. That is nearly seven pounds lost in only eight days!
I have eaten more carefully than usual on most of the other days, (there was one day when my mission in life seemed to be to eat all of the left over Christmas snacks!) but I am delighted that 5:2 has given me the tools to lose weight and quickly return to my maintenance weight of ten stone seven pounds!
Good luck to those of you who still have a little of your Christmas/ New Year gain to lose. Onwards and downwards!

Oh no i am up 2lb this week. Hopefully can get rid of that next week
I'm down 1lb this week having been up 3lbs following last wekend's excesses. Going in the right direction
I'm thrilled to say I've lost 3lb this week which makes just under 11lb lost since I started back on 5/1/15
On the 18th January, I weighed in a 146.2 pounds, so still slightly under my maintenance target and well within my acceptable weight range.
