Early to bed, early to rise perhaps DOES make a man/woman healthy, at least!

Hi Zahra, I also heard about that from the Times, and wow! How cool is that! I ride my bike every day to work, and I think looking at the sun and the sky every day is a boost to my mood, but I never thought I'd have a lower BMI because of it :) :sun: :sun: how cool!
