Weight loss tracker

Hi,
This has probably been asked a lot but I've seen people talking about Libra or another weight loss tracker that they use - and i can't find out how to access them online - does anyone have an address? I use this forum's tracker and it's great but wanted to try weighing daily and I use the one here to weigh in weekly. Help!?

I think it is mobile app - I just Googled Libra App and got links to the Android market and itunes. I suspect once there you will have a number of others to browse
