God, I have become obsessed with food!!!!
For lunch I had two small soy hamburgers (which I was horrified to see summed up to almost 400 cals!) this afternoon I had a piece of toast with a cheese slice (Kraft light ) and pickle and tonight i am having meat with roasted pumpkin and chicory (leafy vegetables you cook in a pan with garlic and olive oil).... Ok, I'd probably rather have pizza, but I have decided to be really good 4 days a week (including my fast days) which leaves me with 3 days, 2 of which I can be "sort of good" and on one day I can be BAD
Considering I used to beb BAD every day.... this has got to work and it is working.
