I probably will fast on Xmas day. It's not even a holiday in Japan, though I have booked the day off work. I have a fondue party around New Years, which is a much bigger deal in Japan (though it's family time, so still not much for me to do…)

I do my mulled cider (and mulled wine) around the winter solstice - so June for us. Too nice to miss out on.
