Good morning!

Today is a non-fast day for me. I'm going out to dinner tonight, so I need to be careful the rest of the day. I am going to do C25K this morning, so that will help.

Have a great feast day!
Today is 4-H Horse show at our County fair. I have a corn dog & roasted corn waiting for me & intend to enjoy them with complete abandon. Feasting indeed :)
Enjoy Mary Lynn!!
I've just had to look up corn dogs, as I've never heard of them! Is it just a deep fried sausage? Or is it nicer than that because the coating is special?
I'm on a fast day today, but do like to see what everyone else is eating!
I've had a feast,Of a friday!
Lovely big granary and ham sandwich for lunch
This evening, strawbs with cream,Pimms, gin and elderflower, crisps and nuts x
@Annurca - a hot dog isn't exactly sausage, similar, and a corn dog has a special batter around the hot dog and then fried! Definitely not healthy. It's sort of a fair food here. I hope that helps!
Great description, cblasz! And, its on a stick. Fair is the only time I have one during the year, so I really enjoy it then wait for the next year ;) Also got 10,627 steps on my fitbit & danced like an idiot at tonight's concert.
DD took best in show today, great way to end her 4-H career.
sounds disgusting!
Oh right, forgot to mention the stick!! :) We have a lot of foods here in the U.S. that sound disgusting, but are really, really good!!
