Normally, I would fast today, but I'm taking my niece and nephew to the Bronx Zoo. So, the food I ate probably won't be that great today, but we'll also get a LOT of walking in. It's supposed to be hot today, so I'll be drinking a lot of water too! I am going to bring some grapes for the car ride!
2018 Goals Goal Weight: 145 Starting Weight: 174.4 (Jan 2) Current Weight: 168.1 (Jul 16)
1) Eating windows - between 12-8, M-F.
2) NO SWEETS - 6-7 days a week. (Sugar <= 50 g)
3) Calories <= 1100 M-F, 1500 S/S
4) Carbs under 100g M-F, 150 S/S
4) 6-7 glasses water/tea per day
5) Exercise - 10,000 steps a day + an hour of "real" exercise 3X per week.
