Just thought i'd report that thanks to all the lovely people that helped decipher the results from the questionairres we submitted and come up with the tips/ideas to help us painfully slow losers' or in my case I seemed to keep bouncing the same pound back and forth, my weight has now began to move again and its averaging just over half a pound a week which im so pleased with :)

I now dont have 3 small snacks a day on fast days but prefer to either wait until dinner or do a complete liquid fast.

I also do body combat x 3days a week and tabata x 2days a week. Exercise was just walking before.

Also try to cut down on carbs which after first intial 2 weeks isn't so bad - love cauliflour rice its my fave!

To anybody struggling to lose just keep trying different variations - personally i think years of low calorie diets had shot my metabolism to bits and it needed the combination of complete fasting and also strenuous exercise to kick it back into touch!
Congratulations TracE. :like: It's like our bodies have their own minds which we have to outwit - perhaps that' why I'm always in two minds
That's awesome! Well done figuring it out!
