Fast day calories and exercise
16 Sep 2013, 21:05
Today was a fast day for me and I always try to stay within my 500 calories but tonight I had 541!!! However I walked over 5km with the dog. Is it important to not go over the 500! :?:
It's more important to chill & stay sane. Calorie counting is an estimate anyway. I don't count calories much. Just keep it as near as you can.
Yes guideline only  just do the best you can on each fastday.
Flexibility is the beauty of this WOL so just enjoy :clover: Sue
Thank you.. I'm beginning to obsess about calories!!
I wouldn't worry, I've spoken to a few women who just aim for between 500-600 calories on a fast day, so 541 should be fine :)
You did brilliantly, especialy getting a good walk in
Tho its the first time ive heard of a cat walking a dog! x
