:grin: I'm someone who binges and have done for years. Huge guilty and emotional issues and never feeling good enough. Have worked through all the psych stuff with a therapist over the years but still bingeing - until I started 5:2. It really feels like magic. I have not binged in 11 weeks since I started this WOE. The urge to binge, which was previously overwhelming has pretty much disappeared! I have no idea why but I love that I can interact with food like a normal person. Oh and I am losing weight too
