Is it better to not eat (nothing) for 24hrs or eat 500 cals over the 36 hours?

I am only in my 4th week like everyone else first week lost and no loss for my 2nd and 3rd week.

So any advise is welcome...

It's quite normal not to lose anything for a week or so after the initial loss, as the body adjusts and regains a little of the original water weight - but hopefully has lost a bit more fat!

Many of us have 0 cals for 24 hours (from dinnertime the night before the fast) and then have our 500 cals as a single meal on our fasting day, so that's a full 24 hour fast, but also 500 cals in the 36 hours :)
