Well done Carrie - I'm sure with a little time you'll relax on your feed days. I used to count cals on feed days but since I stopped doing that the weight still comes off and I feel less restricted and much less treat-related guilt!

Hallo everyone, I'm new here and glad to find you. I started 5:2 with new year and use the live strong app to keep a check on fasting days (Monday and Friday) and have been keeping to around 1500 on feast days as I'd like to lose a couple of stones ideally. I thought I'd do a proper weigh at the start of February to see how I'm doing as I've noticed my weight goes up and down. Any tips gratefully received :)
