Question on Fasting Times
18 Apr 2013, 21:41
Quick question on Fasting times as I'm a bit confused about something.

I fast every Monday and Thursday, but we'll use Thursday as an example.

I'm doing the 7PM to 7PM routine. So i'll have my last meal around 7PM on a Wednesday and then not eat my 500Kal meal until 7PM on Thursday. That's 24 hours fasting with no food, so does that mean once I've eaten the 500Kal meal on the fast day, my fasting day is over? Or do I then not eat until the next morning?

Hi FatDan. It's not completely over. Eat your 500 cals but nothing else until breakfast the next day. It's more a calorie restricted day than a full on fast.
