Soup portions

Hi everyone
Ive made the golden vegetable soup from the hairy bikers book and it says its 102 cals a portion but basically my soups always seem to make loads so i was wondering if anyone knew how much a portion is in millilitres maybe?

What you need to do is look at how many portions the recipe says it makes and then divide your quantity into that, assuming you followed the recipe exactly. I take however many bowls for people I am serving, usually 4, then enough extra containers to make up the portions stated. Then I use a ladle and divide the soup evenly into the bowls/containers. I put the containers into the fridge for later meals, Usually a lunch for both my partner and myself.
