Hi I'm new to the forum but having been following the 5:2 diet for 6 weeks. I don't find the fast days particularly hard. However, I haven't lost any weight.... I'm wondering if anyone else has found this or if I am doing anything wrong?!
I generally have a fast day. So I generally go all day and eat in the evening. I would have had my last meal before fast day around 6-7 pm then nothing more than fluids for 24 hours. Some days I eat around 500 cals some maybe less than 500. On non fast days I don't generally eat as many as 2000 cals more 1500-1700. Am I doing something wrong, can anyone help? My clothes are looser so I'm not giving up but I do need to loose about 2-3 stone. I exercise 2-3 times a week... Spinning/gym/running..... HELP!!
