Eat Nothing on Your Fast Day
What are your reasons for saying this Adonis
I know that the diet states 600 calories but I am omfortable eating nothing. Have done this for 4 weeks. It is easy for me as I have just come out of a 3 month calorie controlled diet. I amwondering if it is going to increase my weight loss ( about 10 pounds to go) or if I should stick with 600 calories
There are a number of threads on here about liquid only fasts, maybe check those out
