My very simple economics of fasting
Two days fasting per week equals at least lunches not bought at work per week £10
New clothes fund per year £40 x 12 £360 woohoo

Not complaining but as we live on a low fixed income if the money has to be spent on anything other than ordinary items (eg medication), the only area that I can find the money from is by cutting back on food. MOH now enjoys more vegetarian based meals which has helped considerably!
