Sorry to bump but I didn't want to start a new thread. I am a terrible sleeper but I find I sleep very well on fast days (200 cal late lunch, 300 cal evening meal). It's a revelation!

Great news that you're getting a good nights sleep after a fast Glenda, have you tried warm milk before bedtime?

Warm milk has no effect, sadly. The doctors used to say that too, but I was a bit worse than that could help with and my sleep deprivation got so bad I ended up on medication and in counselling! Thankfully not for long.
