sorry slightly sensitve subject, but does anyone elses urine change colour on a fast day, mine seems really bright, is this the effect of the fast i wonder ?

If anything I would say mine is a bit paler, probably due to being so dilute with water!
What do you drink on a fast day? Could it be tannins in tea causing it?

Mine is completely clear by the afternoon. I do drink a lot more on fast days 
due to not being able to eat.
