My wife and I are on our second fast day today (almost over!!!) I am borderline type 2 (doc says I'm close to needing pills)...I am going to be testing my morning sugar levels each day - usually they are high around 6.5-7.2 will be interesting to see what they are a few weeks into 5:2...
