Yep, tropical fatigue AKA getting wiped out by the sun! Suffer badly from it myself and rely on rehydration salts and avoiding the heat as much as poss. I've taken to having a berocca and rehydration cocktail on fast days (might put a wee umbrella in it!) . Come the afternoon I can be quite lethargic and feel a bit headachy ( done 30+ fasts) and find it does the trick. And I drink loads of water so need to take/pay attention my own medicine! Where abouts in the tropics are you?
It's getting damn hot here in the ME!

I'm in Thailand, pretty hot too, 39 today. I'm sure you're even hotter! And the air-con/heat switch is weird too, air-con is so dehydrating and I even get cold on fast days!

a nippy 34C here, but it'll get worse. Have the house air-con set to 26C so don't get too cold. Unfortunately, public places are set between freezing, Arctic and Baltic! Not good for you.
