awful food hangover

over the weekend I had sausage roll, chips, cheese burger and onion rings.. well yesterday I felt absolutely awful just like a hangover. will try and avoid doing that in future and I am sure that is no bad thing at all. yay for doing this!:) goes to show that it does help balance digestion out and when you do eat rubbish your body goes YUCK!:)

I know that feeling I had a 'hangover' too yesterday ,after a weekend indulgence which looking back wasnt that great maybe it was more out of habit than anything else thank goodness for fasting Monday help get me more mindful of what I was eating and I'm feeling great today.
I will have to remember feeling later in week when I think it will be ok to eat all that rubbish, please feel free to remind me if I come here posting about I want /having etc ( I get food blinkers)dont let me get away with it

That's weird, today isn't a fast day but I have the most crashing headache and feel a little sick. The best way to describe it would be a hangover, which is NOT fair as I haven't had a drink in over two weeks :p

But my boyfriend suggested my body was crashing from having chocolate last night when my body has got used to not having it so much. Will remember this feeling next time next time I am craving a KitKat and hopefully it will put me off.

Hopefully!

I often feel sluggish and rough they day after I've over indulged (so why do I do it?!), strange isn't it. Clearly our bodies don't enjoy it or can't deal with it.
