That's a very cool side effect! Have you lowered your sugar/sweets intake during the diet? That could be a good cause for less plaque buildup.

Can't say I'm too surprised by that as I deliberately reduced my sweet intake a few years ago and my dentist also noticed the absence of significant plaque build up, what a lovely side effect. I also use those tiny little interdental brushes which helps keeps plaque at bay. Makes you wonder about the things going on in our bodies which we are unaware of, yet!
