Has anyone else noticed the day after fasting the whites of your eyes look whiter

Yes! Thought it was just me... my skin also looks a lot clearer and less red too :smile:

MOH made the comment that my eyes are much whiter and that I have more energy this morning! He has got so used to my unusual eating habits he doesn't know when I am doing a fast day or just not eating because I don't feel hungry, so that was quite an observation for him to make.
