Benefits & Side Effects

Hi,
I know that many people stall for a couple of weeks & then carry on losing. This last week I had my period which usually involves eating the wrong food and I get much bigger & bloated, water retention possibly??? Although I did manage to stay close to my 500cals on fast days, which was very difficult!
So today is my fortnightly weigh in - I have lost no weight & only lost 1cm on my waist, but my fairly cheap scales seem to think I've lost 5% body fat (yeeha if it's true, but it's taken with a pinch of salt). I am also wearing a pair of jeans & a bra that I haven't fitted into since before my DD was born almost 4 years ago! My OH commented (complained ?) that my boobs have deflated :)!!
So could my results this week be down to my period?
Just found this post from Simcoeluv http://www.52fastdiet.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=6&p=72496#p72496 which could explain a little. I'd say my TDEE has been above average this last week with comfort food, treats, ice cream & hot chocolate! Even though my fast days were near enough 500cals.
