Benefits & Side Effects

I was just musing that 5:2 has prepared me for a week long business trip full of catered meals. I know now that I can easily skip breakfast, eat a small amount for lunch and then have a regular dinner without suffering.

Before 5:2 the idea of skipping meals seemed like I was breaking some metabolic rule and I would have over indulged in all the meals because that's what everyone else was doing!

How about the rest of you?
5:2 is teaching. You (we) are learning.

It is magic.
5:2 has taught me that I can say no to dessert and I won't explode or feel hard done by. If I'm full, I'm full.
