Err, yes please to the costume, but I'm not sure what. Maybe a flower-power hippy?

I'll be happy to help run the treasure hunt, and just join the grownups after the little ones crash. They'll be so much fun together - I can hear them now - "Mommy (or Mummy) that girl talks funny!"

I hate to be a party pooper (pun intended) but someone will need to be in charge of the toilet with this many people coming round. Making sure there is enough toilet roll and soap and change the hand towel every now and then.
Can I come back in the morning when I'm sober and ca make sense of this lot.?

Ballerina x
Wildmissus, how did that *number one* duty escape me. As well as place names, you are in charge of penny spending.

Ballerina, this is worrying. It's not even Christmas and you're incapable of taking it all in. Good job Mrs Sensible, rawkaren, will be working with you.
... Wait, aren't we forgetting something ... with all these HORDES of 5:2ers, a TENT just won't be big enough - we'll need a @marquee

Methinks that even in the morning, there won't be much sense to be made.

I was a little surprised at the inclusion of cranberry sauce in the menu. Somehow I thought that was an American thing - berries grown only in bogs in New England. My incorrect assumption may be partly due to my daughter's experience in Spain on her study abroad program a few years ago. The program directors put on a Thanksgiving dinner for the American students at a nice restaurant. A number of the menu items were unexpected. The "cranberry sauce" was blueberry jam. Apparently in Spanish the two berries have the same name, and daughter says the chefs probably had no idea what cranberry sauce was

Gawd, I'd better change the title and book some mobile thrones for wildmissus to be in charge of.

Wendyjane, sure, we have cranberries here.. and turkeys, thanks to you guys!
We'll...I've been thinking...living in the land down under...we start our Christmas Day earlier than most...which means Santa visits us first...so I volunteer for the very important job of...leaving snacks out for Santa and his reindeer.

Perhaps we'd better have somebody in charge of morning- after sobering up / hangover cures .... and breakfast

Perhaps @Ballerina can give us the lowdown - as she does seem to be so very experienced in these matters
