Good luck to you and your family settling in, and yes we've still got some sunshine left to help you do just that.

Haven't weighed myself in more than 2 months now and haven't fasted properly for a while but it feels like I have at least maintained or maybe even lost a bit.

Hey guys,
How the heck are you all?
Life is treating us really well, been a bit busy and have neglected my fasting friends. Sorry.
Loving Oxford and England and chips for tea. See even learning the lingo.
Weight wise I am stuck about 5kg shy of my target but all in all not really unhappy.
Go on give me a smile and a wave.

Hi @brian1 - good to hear from you. I live near Cambridge and my best friend at Uni was from Oxford so spent many happy times there (in Summertown). Her parents were both quite eccentric academics so it was always great fun. My husband has several family members who grew up in SA but have now come back here so we have an idea of what that's like too. Glad you have settled in and hope your weightloss comes right for you. Loads of advice on the forum here when you get a chance to catch up.
Hello stranger, good to see you back in the fold.
Glad you're all settled and how's the family doing. Wow Xmas is coming, I hope we can get you a drop of snow etc etc.
Smile and wave on its way from me.
