Loving this thread.
I only have 1 and a half boobs, so the problems are many fold!
My scar is right on the band line, and at the moment nothing is comfortable.
I have one sports bra which isn't bad, but not the most flattering especially when wearing a frock!
Off to have a look at bravissimo now. My sister is well endowed, and always buys from them, and never looks as big as she is.

I love my Genie bra, I wouldn't go back to regular bras. So comfy and I sound like an ad, but you really can't feel them on. They take care of back fat as well. This is a bit cruel but there is a well known soprano in Oz who has so much back cleavage in a low cut gown that you can't tell if she is coming or going! Can't wear a genie bra under such a dress, alas.
Love this thread. I've always been rather big on top (currently 40DD) and have these grooves on the top of my shoulders where the bra straps have dug in over the years. Anyone else have that? Thoroughly unsightly, never dare wear anything that reveals the shoulders much.
My other whinges are:
a) not being able to find a fitting bra as I go up and down in size. I detest the Fitting Room Lottery so much that I'll put up with an ill-fitting bra for ages. And
b) I've lost 16lbs so far (no, that's not the whinge! I love saying that. Can I say it again? I've lost 16lbs so far. ) and apparently nothing off my boobs. I'd love to go down a few sizes - to a respectable 36C, say - and have done when I've lost weight in the past, but this time nothing. Boobs, tum, all staying stubbornly the same, so goodness knows where the weight's coming off - already skinny arms and legs I guess. Urk!
By the way, I don't generally wear underwired, but I do like M&S Minimiser bras for occasions - seem to lose a good couple of inches of boobage with those on.

I didn't lose my boobs and they are as big as ever. In fact they seem much bigger now That 's the reason why I am thinking of surgery. That and the fact that my back is really in pain now.
I was sick to death of having an imprint of my bra, on my skin so I resorted to wearing those smooth bra's (I forget the name of them now). The only trouble is having the hot spell caused a very painful sweat rash underneath boobs. So it was either in pain with normal bra from straps or sweat rash or loose weight!!
I will at some point get measured again but only when I feel comfortable in doing so...
