I tried to be quite careful with my wording as I know there are folks here who don't celebrate Christmas I'd love to see any decorations etc which are used for other festive holidays/celebrations, I've no idea about Hanukkah except I think there are some special candles? Candles are so lovely this time of year
By the way, sorry to those on the other side of the globe who find snow quite unusual for this time of year

Yes, that's right - special candles! We light the menorah each night, with one extra candle added each night for the 8 days of the festival. We let them burn down completely and have new ones each day. 44 candles needed for the whole festival! And more if children have their own menorahs and want to light those too!

We're going for the throw the decorations at the tree and see what sticks look this year!
NO TREE! Have lost the feet off my pink tree which i love..i am away for crimbo so only put up some fairy lights,snowmen ( my favourite deccy is anything snowman related) etc..
@rawkaren dunno why, i must have a very weird one track mind but every time i read lets see your christmas decorations i hear a voice saying get them out for the lads!
