I can't find the thread with the photo's that others have posted so far, so I'm starting again. My neighbour came up trumps tonight with a tree. Here it is. How is everyone else doing?

Sorry meant to say yours looks very impressive :like: :like:
I thought I could get away with doing a poshed up tree branch, but its awful, so we are getting a tree sometime this week. I will post a pic when we get it.
Christmas trees do not transfer to photographs well, IMHO..... we bought a tree yesterday and I spent a happy couple of hours decorating it. To me it looks beautiful, but when I FB'd a photo to my daughter, it looks bland.....
Hello!!

We have a white tree, less of a dark hole in the corner!

Yes of course there's a train running round it :0)
We are not having a tree this year (last year was the first, but then we was in Florida) but I bought some new led window deco things today and will buy more tomorrow - going for the same in all the ground floor.
I'm going to my sister's, so I've only decorated my toes:
@maryann. They look cool. Pretty feet!
I think my feet are ugly, but thanks! I had a good lol at the nail place when I noticed one of the options was Colonel Sanders on your big toe and a drumstick and whatnot on your other toes. KFC is a popular Japanese tradition on Xmas day. Bizarre, but true. My friend, who speaks Japanese much better than me, asked if anyone ever requested it for their nails, and they said yes. haha.
  Tree up at last @rawkaren
you lucky girl @MaryAnn on being able to get down low enough to paint your toenails good job done by you there
now must display my cards and also wright out a few more
:clover: :clover: Sue
Post your festive decorations!
16 Dec 2013, 10:08
Well folks, the festive season is upon us and I for one love getting into the spirit of things and fully adorning the house with seasonal decorations :)

I'm also a nosey-parker and love seeing what other people do for decorations, so why not take a photo or two and show off yours?

I've put up a few on Facebook, which can be seen here (hopefully, amongst the mish mash of other mobile photos which make me realise just how much I need a new phone with a better camera!)

Here are a few choice ones, and especially a couple of close ups to show the lovely new reflector baubles that @Minsmum so kindly picked up & posted down to me. So pleased with them!

Made this one last week, very simple & a bit messy but that's half the charm :)

My tree :) Every year I wonder how I fit so many baubles on it and think there'll never be room, but we always manage :)
I tried but was told my file was invalid!
What format was it? Or perhaps it was too large? x
