The cucumber plants are growing like crazy in the greenhouse (the tomatoes too) and it looks like I'm going to have a large crop of smaller cues, ideally for pickle. But even though I do know a lot about cooking, I'm totally clueless about pickling. So I look to you my sweeties for a great pickle recipe, I'm pretty sure you have one.

Surely you have to make this @wolfie! http://receptfavoriter.se/recept/bostongurka.html
(I've not tried it though)
I did used to have a recipe for cucumber pickle, but I don't know what I did with it! This looks similar: http://www.riverford.co.uk/recipes/view ... ber-pickle
I am sure that @pennyforthem will have an idea of what works well

Do you think these would work with courgettes @pennyforthem? My cucumber plants are just sitting there with around 5 leaves each not doing anything, but the courgettes are going great guns!
The recipe should work fine with courgettes. The white part of watermelon rind is also very good when cut into pickle size slices.
